JROTC
JROTC, or Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, is a program offered in high schools designed to teach students leadership, teamwork, discipline, and citizenship. It provides structured military-style training, but participation is voluntary and non-combat. The program emphasizes character development, community service, and personal responsibility, preparing students for future roles in the military or civilian life. JROTC aims to instill values and skills that benefit students regardless of their career choices, fostering confidence, integrity, and a sense of purpose.
