JROTC (Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps)

The Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) is a program designed for high school students that emphasizes leadership, citizenship, and personal responsibility. Sponsored by the U.S. Army, its goal is to educate and train young people in the values of discipline, teamwork, and civic duty. Students participate in various activities, including physical fitness, community service, and military-style training, but are not obligated to join the military. JROTC fosters personal development, prepares students for future careers, and promotes a sense of community and pride among participants.
