International Licensing

International licensing is a business arrangement where one company allows another to use its products, services, or intellectual property (like patents or trademarks) in different countries. This agreement often involves the payment of fees or royalties. It enables companies to expand their reach into new markets without having to set up their own operations there. For example, a popular brand might license its name to a local manufacturer in another country, allowing that company to produce and sell products under the brand while sharing profits with the original company.
