Infinite Sets
An infinite set is a collection of items that has no end. Unlike finite sets, which contain a specific number of elements, infinite sets can continue indefinitely. A classic example is the set of natural numbers (1, 2, 3, and so on), which goes on forever. Infinite sets can be countable, like the natural numbers, or uncountable, like the set of all real numbers between 0 and 1. Understanding infinite sets helps in various fields, including mathematics and philosophy, as it challenges our intuition about size and quantity.
