Ilya Repin

Ilya Repin was a prominent Russian painter and one of the most influential artists of the 19th century. Born in 1844, he is known for his realistic portrayals of Russian life and history. One of his most famous paintings, "Barge Haulers on the Volga," captures the struggles of working-class individuals.
