Holland's Career Theory

Holland's Career Theory, also known as the Holland Codes or RIASEC, suggests that people and work environments can be categorized into six personality types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional. The idea is that individuals find job satisfaction and success when their personality aligns with their work environment. For example, a person with an Artistic personality may thrive in creative fields, while someone with a Conventional personality may excel in structured, detail-oriented jobs. By understanding these types, individuals can make more informed career choices that fit their preferences and strengths.
