GAFI

GAFI stands for the Groupe d'Action Financière, known in English as the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). It is an international body established to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism. GAFI sets standards and promotes policies to protect the global financial system from illicit activities. Countries that are members of GAFI work together to improve financial regulations, share information, and ensure that financial institutions follow strict guidelines to prevent misuse. By doing so, GAFI aims to enhance transparency and accountability in financial transactions worldwide.
