FOB Destination, short for "Free on Board Destination," is a shipping term that indicates the seller retains responsibility for the goods until they reach the buyer's location. This means the seller covers all costs and risks of transporting the goods, including shipping and insurance, until the delivery is complete. Once the items arrive at the buyer's specified location, responsibility and ownership transfer to the buyer.
