FM Radio
FM Radio (Frequency Modulation Radio) transmits audio signals by varying the frequency of a carrier wave to encode sound information. When you tune an FM radio receiver to a specific frequency, it locks onto that signal, and the receiver demodulates the frequency changes to reproduce the original sound, such as music or voices. FM provides higher sound quality and less noise interference compared to AM radio, making it ideal for music broadcasting. It operates primarily in the very high frequency (VHF) band and relies on a radio antenna to pick up signals broadcast from radio stations.
