ERG (Employee Resource Group)

An Employee Resource Group (ERG) is a volunteer-led organization within a company that brings together employees with shared backgrounds, interests, or experiences, such as race, gender, or LGBTQ+ identity. ERGs provide a supportive community, promote diversity and inclusion, and serve as a platform for members to address workplace challenges, network, and advocate for policies that improve employee experiences.
