EMDR training

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training teaches therapists a structured approach to help clients process traumatic memories. The training covers the theory behind EMDR, the eight phases of the therapy, and practical techniques for guiding clients through eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation. Trainees learn to create a safe environment, identify distressing memories, and facilitate the processing of emotions linked to those memories. The goal is to reduce the emotional impact of trauma and improve mental health outcomes. EMDR is often used for conditions like PTSD and anxiety.
