Edward Kelley
Edward Kelley (1555–1597) was an English alchemist and occultist, best known for his collaboration with the famous astrologer and mystic John Dee. They sought to communicate with angels and uncover hidden knowledge. Kelley claimed to have mystical abilities, including the ability to transmute base metals into gold and to access supernatural insights. Their partnership blossomed in the late 16th century, producing works that combined alchemy, magic, and spirituality. Kelley is often viewed with skepticism due to his controversial practices and claims, but he remains a notable figure in the history of the occult and early scientific exploration.
