Discharge of Contract
Discharge of a contract refers to the process of ending or fulfilling a contractual agreement between parties. This can happen in several ways: when both parties complete their obligations, when a mutual agreement rescinds the contract, or when unforeseen events make it impossible to fulfill (called "frustration"). Additionally, a party can be discharged if the other party fails to meet their obligations (breach of contract). In summary, discharge means that the contract is no longer legally binding, and the involved parties are free from their commitments.
