Diarrhea
Diarrhea is a condition where your stool becomes more frequent, loose, and watery than normal. It often occurs when your digestive system, particularly the intestines, can't absorb water properly or reacts strongly to infections, toxins, or certain foods. This leads to increased fluid in the stool and faster movement through the intestines. While usually temporary and mild, it can cause dehydration if persistent. Managing diarrhea involves staying hydrated, eating easily digestible foods, and avoiding irritants. If it lasts more than a couple of days or is severe, medical attention may be necessary to identify and treat underlying causes.
