Dark Triad

The Dark Triad refers to a set of three personality traits: Machiavellianism, Narcissism, and Psychopathy. Machiavellianism involves manipulation and deceit to achieve one’s goals. Narcissism is characterized by a grand sense of self-importance and a need for admiration, often at the expense of others. Psychopathy includes a lack of empathy, remorse, and antisocial behavior, making individuals indifferent to the feelings of others. Together, these traits can lead to harmful behaviors in personal and professional relationships, as individuals may prioritize their own interests over ethical considerations or the well-being of others.
