Constance of France

Constance of France (c. 1161–1201) was a French noblewoman and the daughter of King Philip II of France. She became the Queen of England by marrying King Henry I of England. Her marriage helped solidify alliances between France and England during a turbulent time in medieval history. Constance is also known for being the mother of several prominent children, including King John of England, who is infamous for signing the Magna Carta.
