Conrad Homfeld

Conrad Homfeld is an American former competitive swimmer who gained recognition for his achievements in the 1980s. He specialized in butterfly and freestyle events and notably won a gold medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles as part of the U.S. men's 4x100-meter medley relay team. Homfeld’s success also includes numerous national titles, and he has been regarded for his contributions to American swimming. After retiring from competitive swimming, he has remained involved in the sport through coaching and mentoring younger athletes.
