chaos game

The Chaos Game is a mathematical method used to create fractals, which are intricate patterns that look similar at different scales. It starts with a shape, like a triangle. You randomly plot points by starting at a random spot and then repeatedly moving halfway toward a randomly chosen vertex of the triangle. By repeating this process many times, you gradually reveal a complex pattern—the Sierpiński triangle, for example. Despite its randomness, the results show how order can emerge from chaos, illustrating concepts of probability, geometry, and self-similarity in nature.
