CDU/CSU parliamentary group

The CDU/CSU parliamentary group is a coalition of two political parties in Germany: the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and the Christian Social Union (CSU). While the CDU operates nationwide, the CSU is active only in Bavaria. Together, they form a significant bloc in the Bundestag, Germany's federal parliament, often working in unison to shape government policy and legislation.
