Caucasian languages
Caucasian languages are a group of languages spoken in the Caucasus region, located between Europe and Asia. They are divided into three main families: Northwest Caucasian, Northeast Caucasian, and Kartvelian. These languages are notable for their complex consonant systems and rich array of sounds. They are primarily spoken by the various ethnic groups in countries like Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan. Despite their geographical proximity, these languages are not related to each other or to neighboring language families, making them unique and diverse in linguistic features and structures.
