Carranza
Venustiano Carranza was a prominent Mexican leader and revolutionary in the early 20th century. He played a key role in overthrowing the long-standing dictatorship of Porfirio Díaz and helped shape Mexico’s modern constitution in 1917, which established reforms like land rights and social justice. As president from 1917 to 1920, Carranza focused on stabilizing the country, rebuilding institutions, and promoting national unity. His leadership was crucial in the Mexican Revolution’s transition to a more reorganized and modern government, although his tenure also involved political conflicts and power struggles.
