California Legislative Black Caucus

The California Legislative Black Caucus (CLBC) is a group of elected officials in the California State Legislature who focus on issues affecting the African American community. Comprising state senators and assembly members, the CLBC aims to address social, economic, and political challenges faced by Black Californians. The caucus works to influence legislation, promote equity, and engage in advocacy on topics like education, healthcare, and criminal justice reform.
