Brain lateralization
Brain lateralization refers to the specialization of certain functions in either the left or right hemisphere of the brain. Generally, the left hemisphere is linked to logic, language, and analytical tasks, while the right hemisphere is associated with creativity, intuition, and spatial abilities. This division allows for more efficient processing of different types of information. Though both hemispheres communicate through a bundle of nerves, known as the corpus callosum, certain skills and preferences may emerge based on this lateralization, affecting how individuals think and interact with the world.
