Biowatch

BioWatch is a U.S. government program designed to detect biological threats, such as harmful pathogens or toxins, in the environment. It uses a network of air samplers placed in various locations, which continuously collect air samples. These samples are tested in laboratories for signs of biological agents that could indicate a bioterrorism attack or outbreak of disease.
