ATTA members are individuals and organizations that belong to the American Tree Farm System (ATFS), a program dedicated to sustainable forest management. These members include landowners, foresters, and conservationists who actively manage private forests to promote healthy ecosystems, conserve wildlife, and ensure timber resources for future generations. By participating, they commit to responsible stewardship practices, improve their land’s health, and contribute to broader conservation goals. In essence, ATTA members are guardians of private forests, working collaboratively to balance economic, environmental, and social benefits of forestland.
