Ashtapradhan

The Ashtapradhan was a key administrative system used in the Maratha Empire, particularly during the 17th and 18th centuries. It comprised eight ministers, each responsible for specific areas such as foreign affairs, finance, or military operations. This structure ensured efficient management of the empire's governance by dividing responsibilities among specialists.
