AP Capstone Program

The AP Capstone Program is an advanced academic initiative offered by the College Board, designed to develop students' critical thinking, research, and communication skills. It includes two main courses: AP Seminar, where students explore real-world issues and present arguments, and AP Research, where they conduct a year-long research project on a topic of their choice. By completing the program, students earn an AP Capstone Diploma, showcasing their ability to engage in rigorous academic work and prepare for success in college and beyond. This program encourages independent inquiry and collaborative learning among high school students.
