Analog multiplexing
Analog multiplexing is a technique used to combine multiple signals into a single transmission channel. This allows various audio or video signals, like phone calls or TV broadcasts, to share a single communication line without interference. By assigning each signal a unique time slot or frequency range, the system can transmit them simultaneously. At the receiving end, a demultiplexer separates the signals back into their original forms. This method optimizes the use of bandwidth, making communication more efficient and cost-effective.
