ACSI methodology
ACSI, or the American Customer Satisfaction Index, is a method used to measure how satisfied customers are with products or services. It involves collecting feedback from thousands of consumers through surveys, asking about their experiences and satisfaction levels. These responses are then scored to produce a single index value ranging from 0 to 100, where higher scores indicate greater satisfaction. The methodology uses statistical models to ensure the results accurately reflect overall customer perceptions and allows companies to benchmark their performance over time or against competitors, helping them understand how well they meet customer expectations.
