Workplace Arbitration

Workplace arbitration is a process where employees and employers agree to resolve disputes—such as wrongful termination, discrimination, or harassment—outside of court, through a neutral third party called an arbitrator. This process tends to be quicker, more private, and less formal than litigation. Both sides present their case to the arbitrator, who then makes a decision that is usually final and binding. Arbitration can be part of an employment contract or a company policy, offering a streamlined way to address conflicts while avoiding lengthy legal procedures.
