Wingfield family

The Wingfield family is a fictional family featured in Tennessee Williams' play, "The Glass Menagerie." The family consists of Amanda, a delusional but devoted mother; Tom, her son, who aspires to be a writer while feeling trapped by his responsibilities; and Laura, his shy and disabled sister, who struggles with social interactions and has a passion for collecting glass animals.
