Winemaking Techniques

Winemaking involves turning crushed grapes into wine through a series of processes. First, grapes are harvested and crushed to release juice. Yeast is added to ferment the sugars into alcohol, which can take days to weeks. During fermentation, temperature control maintains the wine's quality. After fermentation, the wine is clarified by removing solid particles, and then it’s aged in tanks or barrels to develop flavors. Finally, the wine is bottled and sometimes further aged. Techniques vary depending on the type of wine desired, influencing flavor, aroma, and texture.
