Wildfire
A wildfire is an uncontrolled fire that spreads rapidly through vegetation, often fueled by dry conditions, wind, and heat. It can occur in forests, grasslands, or scrub environments, causing destruction to ecosystems, property, and sometimes threatening human life. Wildfires can be started naturally by lightning strikes or accidentally by human activities, like campfires or discarded cigarettes. While they can be devastating, wildfires also play a role in nature by clearing dead plants and promoting the growth of new vegetation. Firefighting efforts seek to contain and extinguish these fires to protect people and the environment.
