Whipping siphon

A whipping siphon is a kitchen device used to create whipped and carbonated foods or beverages. It consists of a canister, a removable nozzle, and a cartridge that contains pressurized gas, usually CO₂. When you add ingredients like cream or fruit puree and screw in the cartridge, pressing the lever releases the gas, whipping the mixture instantly and infusing it with tiny bubbles. This results in a light, fluffy texture or a foamy finish, often used for desserts, cocktails, or savory dishes. It's a practical tool that enables professional-level presentation and texture in culinary applications.
