Wear and Tear Theory
The Wear and Tear Theory suggests that our bodies age because of cumulative damage from daily activities, environmental factors, and usage over time. Like a machine that gradually deteriorates with use, our tissues, organs, and cells experience gradual degradation from consistent stress and exposure. This ongoing wear leads to decreased function and the visible signs of aging. Essentially, it's the idea that aging results from the physical decline caused by continuous use and external influences, much like how an object wears out over years of use.
