Water-in-oil emulsion

A water-in-oil emulsion occurs when tiny droplets of water are dispersed throughout a larger amount of oil, creating a mixture. This happens because certain substances, called emulsifiers, allow water and oil, which normally don't mix, to stay combined. Such emulsions are common in products like skincare creams, where water is suspended in oil for texture and moisturizing effects. The key is the stability of these droplets, maintained by the emulsifier, preventing separation. Essentially, it’s a stable blend where water is evenly distributed inside oil, enabling the desired consistency and properties for various applications.
