Warm Up America!

Warm Up America! is a community-driven initiative that encourages people to knit or crochet afghans to provide warmth for those in need. Participants craft 7-inch squares that can be sewn together to create larger blankets. These blankets are distributed to individuals and organizations helping those facing challenges, such as homelessness or financial hardship. The project promotes creativity, community involvement, and compassion, allowing crafters to contribute to a meaningful cause while honing their skills. Since its inception in 1991, Warm Up America! has fostered a sense of connection and generosity across numerous communities.
