VRML
VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) is a file format used to create interactive 3D environments accessible through web browsers. It enables the development of virtual worlds, allowing users to explore objects, scenes, and landscapes in a digital space. VRML integrates descriptions of shapes, colors, textures, and behaviors, making digital experiences more immersive. Though it was popular in the 1990s and early 2000s, it has largely been replaced by more modern technologies like WebGL. Nonetheless, VRML played an important role in advancing online 3D visualization and interactive content.
