Virginia Alliance of Social Services Employees

The Virginia Alliance of Social Services Employees (VASSE) is a professional organization representing the interests of social workers and other staff in Virginia’s social services. Its mission is to advocate for the rights and working conditions of employees who provide essential social services to communities, such as child welfare, mental health, and public assistance. VASSE aims to enhance the professionalism of the workforce, provide training opportunities, and promote policies that support both employees and the populations they serve.
