Vasari

Vasari refers to Giorgio Vasari, an influential Italian art historian, painter, and architect of the Renaissance, born in 1511. He is best known for his book "Le Vite delle più eccellenti pittori, scultori, ed architetti" ("The Lives of the Most Excellent Painters, Sculptors, and Architects"), published in 1550 and expanded in 1568.
