Valgus knee, commonly called "knock-knees," is a condition where the knees angle inward and touch or come close together when standing straight, while the ankles stay apart. This alignment causes the legs to look curved inward, which can affect walking, cause joint pain, or lead to uneven wear on the knee cartilage over time. It can develop due to growth issues in childhood, injury, or arthritis in adults.
