unilateral offer
A unilateral offer is a type of agreement where one party makes a promise in exchange for specific actions from another party. The key aspect is that only one side (the offeror) is bound to fulfill their promise, typically after the other party performs the requested action. A common example is a reward offer: if someone promises a $100 reward for finding a lost pet, they are making a unilateral offer. The person who finds the pet accepts the offer by completing the action (returning the pet) and can claim the reward.
