Troika

Troika is a framework used in international negotiations, particularly within the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), to facilitate conflict resolution. It comprises three key representatives—usually one from each of the three main parties or regions involved—who work together to coordinate dialogue and proposals, aiming to promote peace and stability. Their combined efforts help foster trust, mediate disagreements, and develop consensus-driven solutions in complex conflicts, ensuring that multiple perspectives are considered in the pursuit of durable negotiations and conflict management.
