Trampoline

A trampoline is a device consisting of a strong, flexible surface called a mat, stretched tightly over a frame with springs or elastic material. When someone jumps on it, the mat stretches and compresses, absorbing the force. This energy then propels the person upward, allowing for bouncing and performing tricks. Trampolines are used for recreation, exercise, and sport, providing a controlled environment for vertical movement through elastic recoil. Safety features like nets and padding are often included to help prevent injuries during use.
