Training and Development Agency for Schools
The Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA) was a UK organization responsible for supporting the professional growth of school staff, primarily teachers and leaders. It provided training programs, resources, and qualifications to help educators improve their skills, keep up with educational standards, and enhance student learning. The TDA aimed to ensure that schools had well-trained staff capable of delivering high-quality education. In 2010, its responsibilities were absorbed into the Department for Education, and it no longer exists as a separate agency.
