TRA (Theory of Reasoned Action)
The Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) suggests that a person's behavior is primarily determined by their intention to perform that behavior. This intention is influenced by two key factors: their personal attitude toward the behavior (whether they see it as positive or negative) and their perception of social pressure or norms (what they believe others expect them to do). In other words, if someone believes a behavior is beneficial and thinks that important people approve of it, they are more likely to intend to do it and follow through. TRA helps explain how attitudes and social influences shape decision-making and actions.
