Third Circuit Court of Appeals

The Third Circuit Court of Appeals is one of the twelve regional appellate courts in the United States. It hears appeals from federal district courts in three states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, as well as from certain federal agencies. If someone believes a trial court made a legal error, they can appeal to this court. The judges review the case's records and legal arguments, but they do not conduct new trials. Their decisions can affirm, reverse, or remand cases, impacting how laws are interpreted within their jurisdiction.
