Theodahad
Theodahad was a Byzantine nobleman and briefly a king of the Ostrogoths in Italy from 534 to 536. He was part of the Ostrogothic ruling class and became king after the death of his predecessor. However, his reign was troubled, as he lacked strong leadership qualities and was mostly influenced by advisers. His rule was marked by ongoing conflicts with the Byzantine Empire, which sought to reclaim Italy from the Ostrogoths. Eventually, Theodahad was deposed by Byzantine forces, ending his brief reign and influencing the region's shifting power dynamics during this period.
