The White Army
The White Army was a diverse coalition of anti-Bolshevik forces during the Russian Civil War (1918–1922). Comprising monarchists, conservatives, nationalists, and moderate socialists, they opposed the communist Red Army led by the Bolsheviks. The White Army aimed to overthrow the Bolshevik government and restore traditional order or establish a different form of government. Despite their shared goal of defeating the Reds, they lacked unified leadership and common strategic vision, which ultimately contributed to their defeat. The White Army's efforts were part of a larger, complex conflict that resulted in the establishment of the Soviet Union.
