The PDCA Cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act)
The PDCA Cycle is a method for continuous improvement. It has four steps: Plan, where you identify an issue and develop a solution; Do, where you implement the solution on a small scale; Check, where you assess if the solution is working; and Act, where you decide to adopt the change permanently or make adjustments. This ongoing process helps organizations systematically improve processes, products, or services by learning from each cycle and making informed adjustments.
